The Metkayina find themselves in the forest seeking the aid of Toruk Makto after their home was destroyed by the Sky People invasion of the moon of Pandora. Where once upon a time the Sully's must learn the way of water, here, the Metkayina must learn the way of the forest. Come to love it, and all the people that call it home. Danger lurks around every corner, and the Sky People aren't done with just destroying the Metkayina. They still have one prey in mind that they'll hunt endlessly. And do anything and everything to get at him and those he loves.

Summary
This is a purely self-indulgent canon rewrite of basically what I wish would have happened. For the most part it will follow canon if Jake were a little less of a skxawng.
Jake Sully had never felt less in control of his life than when he arrived on Pandora. Everything that had led him to this point was just some terrible blur and he was so *tired* of horrible things happening. Somehow, by some boon from the universe, he finds light again in a community of blue cat aliens. But fortunately Jake Sully has always been good at rolling with the punches and he will do anything to keep his slice of found peace safe.- Language:
