Summary
It has been a month since the Reindeer Games. Christmas Town was one elf and one reindeer short. For the first time in remembered history, inhabitants of Santa Claus' magic kingdom had decided they would rather take their chances with the outside world. Quietly, stubbornly, the elves returned to their work making toys, trying hard not to think about their former colleague who wanted to become a dentist. It's only been one month, yet they still have the rest of the year to get through, and the tension has already gotten unbearable.
Hermey and Rudolph, accompanied by an eccentric prospector, live a life on the run from the abominable snow monster, snatching moments of rest and respite between long marches. It's not an ideal situation, but even so, it's leagues better than having to suffer through not fitting in. The future is uncertain, but the present has warmth and belonging.
Dedicated to AO3 author 'pinwheelwhirl,' whose story "don't go 'round willy nilly" got me fixated on a dumb stop-motion TV special made sixty years ago and inspired me to channel that obsession into something productive.

Summary
After Slo-Mo turns himself into an arrogant genius and back again via potion, Ghoulia notices that he's still acting a little off. She wants to find out what's going on, but of course in a subtle way. She wouldn't want to scare him off, after all. Was it something to do with the potion? Did she do something wrong? Did something happen? She calculates the most probable answers for all her questions, but oddly enough, is unsure about accuracy of them.

What if it had taken Candide weeks to become suspicious of the clones’ disappearance? It was summer break after all, so it's not like she'd expected to see them anyway. However, the continued absence of Joan eventually prompts her to investigate their whereabouts, and inevitably launch a missile at Cloney Island.
In the meantime, JFK has been having a terrible time. Not only is he tired of being stared at by the park's guests - and ready to be known as more than just hot - but he's trapped in Historical Hotties with nowhere else to go. Yet not everyone has been locked up, and luckily he’s got his best buddy (and definitely nothing more) Abe to visit.

Ugh. Ever since she met that weird bal–him Tatsumaki has had a huge problem. She keeps going over and over what happened: the way he hugged her, his words, his patting her on her head. His hand on her back, his hand around her wrist. His–ugh. She hates this, especially because she finds herself craving more. More touches, more closeness. And then, for the first time in a long time, she craves something she allowed herself to feel only for Blast: the need for intimacy.
