Summary
Sylvie Lushton has always dreaded the holiday season and now it’s right around the corner. When she returns home, haunted by the ghosts of the lives she left behind, she finds herself sucked into a world of twinkling lights and past mistakes.
She thought she had left the past behind her, but now the one family member she had left is gone and she has to spend her already shitty holiday packing up the house and preparing it for sale. One week. She'd have to spend one week in the small town she fought so hard to get out of. Loki, her ex whom she might regret leaving if she let herself think about it, shows up and offers his services. Unable to turn him away, the pair spend the week digging through their past, and maybe, they might just find a way to a future. Together.
