Summary
It’s not that Jotaro hates holidays.
He doesn’t, actually. Not at all.
But there’s a big difference between a traditional western Christmas and a Joestar Family Tradition, and that’s where Jotaro draws the line. Because that is not a holiday - that is a recipe for disaster, and Jotaro can think of very few worse places to spend the last days of December than his grandfather’s penthouse in Manhattan.
He's always been terrible at denying Kakyoin anything, though, and so... here they are.

”You wanna kill me?” His chest heaves. “Then do it.”
He feels Jay stiffen, his pulse hammering against Kai’s fingers.
“But.. but if there’s even a small part of you that remembers me — “ Kai’s voice falters, but he pushes through it. His next words could cost him everything.
”— remembers.. remembers us, then stop.”

Summary
(Takes place a few months after the start of Crystalized but only the bit where Nya gets turned back into a human and Crystallized shiz doesn’t happen yet)
The team was all back together again. Things were good. Nya and Jay were inseparable. Zane was finally taking time to come to terms with the events of the Neverrealm, and for the first time in ages, Lloyd didn’t seem concerned with finding his father.
Now if only Kai could sort out his own feelings. Sure there wasn’t technically anything wrong. Just the resurfacing of some *ahem* buried *ahem* feelings about a certain teammate of his. Kai couldn’t tell you when the attraction to Cole began, but he was somewhat certain that he m i g h t have been hiding from those feelings for a while now.
But it’ll be fine! He has plenty of time to figure things out and sort through his emotions…
Right?
——————
Or: we pull a seabound 2, electric boogaloo, and Kai ends up in a not so fortunate situation, much to his family’s (and especially Cole) torment.

Summary
Barely a day since he transferred schools, and already he's got in a fight. And despite the principal agreeing that it was for good reason, he still has to be punished for it.
He expected suspension, maybe some lecturing or another strike. Not... well, no one thinks going to an old mans ranch is ever an option, yet here he is. About to spend the next 3 months on a ranch.
Not to mention he's forced to go there while pining over the three people he'll be sharing a room with who also happen to already be in a relationship with each other already.
Fuun...(Updates alongside editing of previous chapters ^^)
