“Who’s that with Mom in all of these photos?”
“She was on some kind of world tour,” Noah’s lips twitched. “Those were her traveling buddies.” He tapped the girl’s picture, “Kari, Carrie? Why can’t I remember?” He frowned, then threw out a shrug, “Eh, something like that…and the man was Jan.”
“Friends?” Stiles thought they all looked alike enough they might have been related. Pale, dark-haired, tall, and a bit gangly, with round, slightly slanted eyes, and otherwise angular features.
Kind of like his.
Fey incursions from Void's damage to the nemeton are getting out of hand. People are dying, and the wider supernatural community is starting to make noises. It's a lousy time to be playing magical family trees, especially since Stiles' luck with magical trees is pretty dicey.

Summary
The pack think they are protecting Stiles by kicking him out just as the Alpha pack becomes a real problem (hint, the only thing they are protecting are their own asses). Unfortunately for them Stiles takes offence at this and Peter agrees, actually so does the Sheriff. Maybe it's time for Stiles to stop pretending he's so damn breakable and show these doggies how the wild things play.

Summary
Peter’s the only Hale haunting the Hale’s old home. His entire family had died in the fire, and yet he was the only one that came back as a ghost. He’d waited for the rest of them, for his sisters and nieces and nephews, but no one ever came back. Peter doesn’t know why he hadn’t moved on when they had, but in the fifteen years since the fire, he’s been stuck here. He woke up again, invisible to the family that now lived in the home. He hadn’t been sure how much time had passed, but the burned parts of the house had been rebuilt and there was a new family living in it. And Peter hated them.

In the end all Stiles really has left is his dad, a lonely house, the key and deed to the loft, and a chest filled up with emptiness.
A void, yawning right behind his sternum.
That and the laughter of a fox trapped right beneath his skin, echoing in the hollows of his skull, whispering behind his teeth.
Stiles should have known it wasn’t over.
