“The rare Seneca white deer.” Shido mused out loud. “I’ll admit, you do not disappoint.” He observed the hybrid as it looked around its cage with wide eyes, seemingly incredibly agitated and nervous.
“Is it ready?” He asked the employee.
“Yes sir! The medical team confirmed that the hybrid is currently well into the early stage of its heat cycle. It should go into full heat very soon.”
“Perfect” Shido glanced back at the hybrid. “Does it have a designation?” Not that he cared, but it would be one less thing to worry about if the hybrid already had a name.
“The employees of the park called this one Joker.” The young man looked down at the folder in his hands. “Apparently, it’s a bit of a wild one. Very smart and unpredictable. It’s also its first heat, that’s why it doesn’t have antlers yet.”
