Steve woke up to his walls and floor thumping, the curtains rattled, his drawer hopped on the carpeted flooring. He let out a groan and slammed his face into his pillow and blindly grabbed for another to cover his head with. The music surged through his room, scattered lights flickered in different shades across the other side of his room through the blinds of his window.

Alternatively, Steve's neighbor Eddie is pissing him the hell off and he just wants some sleep. Eddie just wants to party and have fun living out his days in Hawkins, Indiana. Their ideals clash, causing war between two neighbors. Within that they discover friendship, trust, and maybe even.. romance. Hints of Buckingham pairing.
