Summary
There were whispers amongst the kingdom, it was a folktale really. Two princes had run off into the forest together and offered protection to anyone that needed it. Everyone knew that it wasn't real, a legend, a tall tale, a myth, fake, so when a young nobleman flees his territory to avoid marriage, he finds himself accompanied by a man who knows quite a bit of this legend.

“But don’t worry,” Jiwoong says, knocking his shoulder affectionately into Yujin’s. “You lost more than you should have, but we’re here to take care of you. You’ve found a home in us.” His voice is tinged with the slight hesitance, anxiety that he might be wrong.
“I know,” Yujin mumbles. He has lost a childhood that could have been normal, a happy one, even. But he has people to look out for him, now. He isn’t quite as alone as he thought, stumbling through life on legs that keep growing before he knows it. “I love you guys.”
“Love you too, Yujin-ah.”

Summary
Up until Yujin was thirteen years old, he never gave love much thought. He knew he loved his mom. He knew he loved riding his bike with his friends. He loved video games and soccer. He loved dancing. The simple and pure concept of love, he was familiar with.
It was when he was standing in line inside of a post office of all places that he began to question if he knew anything at all.

Hanbin connected his forehead with Hao’s, their breaths against each other as soft as can be.
“Past, present, and future, I’ll be here.” He interlaced both of his hands with Hao’s own, bringing them in between their chests. He then pressed a soft kiss to Hao’s lips, and when he pulled away all he could focus on were his eyes, glittering like jewels.
Hao squeezed their hands together tighter, as if trying to bring them closer.
“We’ll never part; never again,” he swore. Not even the Stars can rewrite his promise.

Seeking to unwind after a stressful day, Hanbin only wants to relax in his garden, his own special place. To his surprise, he finds an unconscious man on the dirt floor: Hao. Hao doesn’t remember a thing but his name, and despite the warning signs, Hanbin is happy to house him for the time-being. He doesn’t know why he’s so open to the odd man, or why he feels like his very being is pulled towards him. Whatever it is, Hanbin is determined to find out.
