Summary
“For real?” Eddie asks, even though he knows the answer.
“For real,” Buck replies, in equal disbelief.
Time escapes them, suddenly a concept that doesn’t exist in their world, a rule of the universe they no longer need to abide by. Buck doesn’t know how long it is that they stay like that, tangled up in each other, holding each other so close it’s like they have climbed inside each others’ bones. They keep looking at the test, as if expecting it to say something different this time, surprising themselves a million times over, each time like they are revealing it for the first time again, the echo of celebration filling the tiny room.
Buck and Eddie embark on a new adventure.

“Did you send Tía Pepa to babysit me?” Eddie smirks. “And no, that’s crochet.”

Summary
It is the dead of night, at the threshold between the hours of two and three. Buck wakes, unsettled by something he can’t explain; a tilting, strange sensation in his gut he can’t quite put his finger on, a tug in his stomach as he adjusts to being awake.
“Eddie?” Buck searches for him, finding his hands in the darkness; against Buck’s palm they are clammy and trembling. “Hey, what’s wrong?”

Summary
The other man wastes no time in mixing his hands with Eddie’s body, his palms finding their way inside the hem of Eddie’s shirt, helping him lift it over his head and throwing it aimlessly to the other side of the room before easing his hand across his back, guiding him to lie down.
“Hey,” Buck smiles once Eddie is lying across from him, face to face.
“Hey,” Eddie can’t help but laugh.
Vignettes of Buck and Eddie, sharing (variations) of a bed, sharing a life.
