Summary
Belisima Anastas has lived her life on the run, for how long is unclear but what is certain is she is starving. She finds herself aboard a ship led by the Void Sisters. While the passage is free, the ever-altering scent of blood fuels her increasing hunger and desperation. Becoming a partial stowaway for a time, she finds herself hidden far enough into the ship's bowels to avoid contact with any outsiders. An old storage room, that lay dormant for what felt like days. That is until the Mistress of Blood finds her.
Character Backstory for Belisima Anastas, granddaughter of Rosemari Bels-Atharva, for a sequel campaign that my friends and I are playing! I am putting it on AO3 for ease of access for the DM and me. No Rating & No Warning used, as I will add TW if necessary at the beginning of each chapter. I don't intend to put anything that would require more than an M tag, but this is temporary. Adepts are studious individuals with focus on magic and ensuring the sanctity of the mission to seek knowledge. Researching through experimentation and experience. Librarians run the Grand Library, ensuring that no knowledge is left forgotten, and that anyone can easily access said knowledge.
Quiet and reserved, they are the blood of the library. Rosemari Bels is brought into the Magispire as a potential to help further her education, after a long history of school misdemeanors. Azhek Atharva has had visions of her arrival for weeks, lost in their meaning and intending to seek answers. These horrific visions flip on their head, when he finds that Rosemari is nothing like depicted, or is she? One thing is for certain, she is an experience that he is not soon to forget.
