Summary
Jeong Jeong reached across the table and grabbed Piandao’s hand. When he looked over, the firebender smiled. “I think this sounds nice.”
“Hm?”
“Tea. Mahjong. You. There’s very little that seems better than that to me.”
Piandao returned the smile, then he furrowed his brows as implications set in. “I’m not going to let you win mahjong, dear.”
“Dammit.”
———

Summary
“Zuko, baby… What am I holding right now?”
Zuko looked down. His tear-filled eyes flashed in temporary confusion. “…My hands?” he offered.
A soft chuckle rang through the air. “Yes, but…” Sokka squeezed his hands, frowning at their continuous shaking. Zuko looked up at him. “In my hands, I hold the entire world. I hold you.”
———
It’s not the first time that Sokka has helped Zuko calm down after a nightmare, and he knows it won’t be the last. But his comfort—and his love—will be constant.

Summary
“We should go ice skating when we get there!” Sokka had suggested on the ship. “It’s been years since I last skated. It’ll be fun!”
Zuko didn’t have the heart to tell him no, not when he was being taken there as an esteemed guest of the Southern Water Tribe, not when his fiancé was so eager to spend time with him. He put on a smile and told him that they would.
———
Sokka and Zuko travel to the Southern Water Tribe, where Sokka insists that he teach Zuko to ice skate. It doesn't exactly go as planned, but they still manage to have some fun.

Summary
Sokka was laughing at Zuko’s bad jokes, laying on his back on a blanket. Zuko sat next to him, and he was drinking a drink that he couldn’t recognize. But it didn’t matter. He was with Sokka, and they were happy. Together.
It was sudden when Sokka pulled on his arm and made a move to kiss him. Zuko acted natural, leaning down and kissing him as if he had kissed him a thousand times. The sand was warm beneath their blanket, and the sun was shining. The world grew warmer when their lips met, if it was even possible, Sokka’s lips as soft as Zuko ever imagined them being.
And when his eyes opened, and he was awake, and he was back in his bed, he realized that that was all it was. His imagination.
———
In which Sokka is an ambassador for the Southern Water Tribe, and Zuko deals with feelings he’s avoided a thousand times before, only this time, he gets the courage to act on them.
