They were sick, but Tyler lived to serve so long as he got something to chew on and Josh didn’t mind death so long as he could eat. And Blurry? Blurry just wanted to carve open his chest to let his heart breath.
Tyler was good with ribs and Josh knew all too well how to sever an artery. He loved Blurry’s black blood.

In which Jim is a reckless idiot with a hero complex and Bones is a CMO feed up with having his captain show up with blood loss whatever new alien disease he’s never seen or wanted to work with, because he’s a doctor dammit not a babysitter. But this has gone too far, and Bones decides to take Jim’s recklessness into his hands both metaphorically and -to Jim’s distaste- rather literally.

Act 2 is done and finished, and Daniel had returned to New York with the intentions of creating small business for himself in the time before the Eye would return them all to the spotlight, a time he thought would be even longer than the 18 months they had waited after Act 1. But suddenly, after three months, Dylan is calling them all together and Daniel realizes very quickly that he might not be able to keep his personal life private much longer.
He’d never believed much in luck, raw talent had always served him far better than wishing on some burning cloud of space dust millions of miles away, but the moment the showman enters that casino he finds that opinion changing. Because in the mix of gambling drug lords and side street magical affairs, Danny’s gonna need all the luck he could get.
