His hatred of super soldiers pumps viciously through his veins after his family are caught in crossfire- Hydra seems an effective solution. It takes his assignment to The Winter Soldier to realise his morals do not align with the organisation. Zemo risks it all to right these wrongs.
*AU where Zemo was a Hydra psychologist who broke Bucky out pre-catws.

"It became apparent even as he was slowly waking up for the day that something was… off. Groaning, Gregor grabbed his glasses to see what was wrong with him this time. He didn’t even make it out of his bed before he realized that something was missing. All of the previous changes that he had experienced usually ‘gifted’ him with something new. Never had it taken something from him. With growing horror, Gregor ripped the innocent blanket off of him like it was the one at fault.
Looking down, Gregor felt himself die a little. The metamorphosis had eaten his penis. At the realization that he still had to go to work today, with or without his penis, he died all the rest of the way."

He was willing to work with him, be patient with him, and would not push him beyond his limits.
Sunday wept harder then, nearly hysterical. When he calmed down enough to speak, he admonished Welt for his ability to effortlessly reduce him to tears, and promised that one way or another, he would find a way to consummate their relationship.
Thus commenced Sunday’s dogged pursuit of sexual enlightenment.
Welt helps Sunday overcome some of his compulsions, and proves that his body is worth loving.
