Summary
The Gn’ael’ya convoy had chased the Khanre Steadfast for 47 galactic cycles when they finally responded to the desperate hails their quarry had been sending on a four-hour repeat. A wall of silence since their initial “prepare to be destroyed”, but they were ready to negotiate, the message said. A party was welcome to come to the flagship and discuss “terms that would be pleasant to both parties”.
It didn’t take long for the relieved discussions of how their pursuers were finally ready to talk circulated the Steadfast’s halls, and that relief was as-swiftly followed by hushed explanations of how exactly the Gn’ael’ya negotiated. And then there was an expectant, waiting silence, crew members glancing at each other and wondering.
Or: in which an ability to eat hot peppers and toss back shots comes in really handy.

Summary
Kakashi is planning out his vacation after Naruto's Hokage ceremony ( which is more than a few years away) when trouble decides to come to town - and Kakashi decides that his life is not messy enough and decides to follow it. Which obviously causes enough chaos that Kakashi wants to now single handedly make things right in a reality which is a lot more messed up than his. But hey, at least in this one, all his genin have their limbs attached to their bodies and his dead teammates being alive is just a minor inconvenience.
Boy, he cannot wait to get back home or rather - to his own reality.

"You will not speak." Madara snapped. Hikaku's mouth snapped shut at the command, self-preservation overriding any instinct to try and explain himself.
"You claim to offer my wife the same loyalty as you do to me? Fine."
Madara tossed back the last dregs of sake that remained in his cup, then slammed it down on the table. Glaring up at Hikaku with furious, narrowed eyes.
"Kneel".
