Cosmo and Dandy didn't like working together...
I mean, Dandy knew it wasn't his fault, he heard Cosmo himself say word for word, "…Uhm, no thanks Shelly. I think Dandy is the last person I want to ask." And guess what? His stupid plant died because Cosmo was over watering it, and he cried. Cosmo was so annoying!
Cosmo knew it wasn't his fault either, It's like he hated them! He said it himself, "Sprout! He sure knows how to push people... -To do their best!" How uncalled for! The amount of audacity Dandy has to say that and yell at Cosmo? He just couldn't comprehend it...

Summary
Classification: Little (L3), little age 1-6.
Bio: Cosmo is a quiet, oftentimes anxious little who can take time to warm up to caregivers, but once he does, Cosmo is incredibly sweet and kind. Cosmo needs daily care and preferably a primary C3. Cosmo has spent minimal time in his adult headspace since arriving at the care center two years ago; previous placement failed due to Little-need intensity.
Sprout stares at the photo. At the boy, who looks so small. Short and soft, with brown skin and dark curly hair, in a worn white hoodie. He has freckles, and the prettiest, sweetest face Sprout has ever seen.
