"I want it," Dennis says, an enthusiastic grin plastered across his face. "I wanted it the day I met you."
Robby can't help the shocked smile he returns. His eyebrows probably shoot halfway up his forehead. "Really?"
Dennis looks him up and down, eyes catching the pendant on his chest. "Of course. I mean I never thought it'd actually happen, but uh, yeah. Yes."
Robby wants to respond, to say he's sorry he hadn't noticed, but he can't choke out a word as Dennis pulls off his own shirt and presses a hesitant hand back onto Robby's stomach, his fingers seeking out skin under the hem of his boxers.

Victoria shakes her head, embarrassed, but she grabs a Dove chocolate and a pack of M&M’s. “Fifteen years, you really think?"
“Who knows.” She looks at Victoria from where she's leaning against the counter, ripping open an Almond Joy. “But what I do know is you caught something that changed that man’s life for the better. And he didn't thank you, so I am.”

“You okay?” Robby asked, concern lacing his voice, all of this attention now on Jack.
“Yeah, yeah. It’s—fuck this is dumb.” Jack mentally braced himself. “So you’re on Grindr, right?”
“...Yes,” Robby answered hesitantly, his brow furrowing in confusion. “And I know you know that, so…” He trailed off and raised his eyebrows, questioning.
Jack did some quick mental math on how to have this conversation without humiliating himself and came up empty, so he took the direct approach. “How would you advise an older bi guy who’s new to the whole ‘sex with men’ scene?”
Jack comes to Robby for help, but things don’t go as planned for either of them.

Robby takes a shuddering breath on the other end, and Jack doesn’t even have to close his eyes to picture the stunning beauty of his reddened face at that moment. After a moment, he says, “I don’t know, probably. You’re very easy.”
“Mm,” Jack says, rather happily not denying it.
“Dirty bastard,” Robby says, pitching his voice low, making Jack shiver and squirm into his own grip. “Calling me like this at work. Trying to rile me up.”
