Castiel tugs at the blue lace, letting it chafe along Dean’s skin. “I want you, over and over. And even, sometimes, when I barely know what I want, I know I want you.”
Still holding Castiel close to him through the band of leather that surrounds Castiel’s neck, Dean mumbles, “What are we, Cas?”
“I don’t know.” Castiel exhales into Dean’s mouth. “We’re each other’s.”
“I’ve never been anybody’s anything,” Dean says against Castiel’s lips.
“You don’t have to be my anything, you can just be mine.” Castiel moves his fingers up to Dean’s face, takes Dean’s chin into his hands, lets his tongue slip above, slip below, Dean’s tongue.

The door to the Bunker falls shut and Dean finds himself in a place of total darkness. All his senses are gone. Only touch remains, but it quickly dwindles.
Dean is trapped. Confined to a body that isn't his any longer, he starts to question all that ever was, most of all himself.
He has almost given up, when a draft tickles his skin. Something is out there. Laughing. At him.
