Summary
As an omega clan heir, Kakashi has a lot of expectations to meet. Being a prodigy doesn't mean anything if he can't bring a strong alpha into the clan. He has all the renown of a clan head without the respect to go with in, and if he lets down his guard, no one will take him seriously.
Kakashi has a friend. Just the one. He's an alpha from a clan of betas, and pulls at Kakashi like gravity. No matter how often they part, something always brings them together.

Summary
Obito lives! Wow how...terrifying if you think about it especially since nobody but Kakashi knows and Kakashi is nothing if not unhealthily attached to a younger version of himself. Kakashi is also the Hokage of the Hidden Leaf, and boy does he hate it! It's exhausting. He understands shinobi politics but he does not care and no, he does not know what produce Konoha makes and distributes! He has other things to worry about like his dead not-dead boyfriend who's trying to force him to go to take a (forever) vacation and go to the beach when he has to tell Sai to figure out if Konoha produces peaches or not (apparently they do, who would've known (Obito, the dead not-dead man, knew)). Obito succeeds, eventually, in getting Kakashi out of the village and into his swimwear after arguing over it for what felt like three hours but was probably only 30 minutes. Once they arrive though, Kakashi gets them the penthouse of the resort Obito picked out (by accident) and then they hit the waves. But first, Kakashi's craving a cocktail. Surely there's no former Hokage sitting at this beachside outdoor bar...that would be an insane coincidenc— oh. Hello Tsunade.
All this followed with ocean wrestling and smut.

Kakashi wondered if this was their actual first time. If it would undo every other time so far, make it so that the choked sobs afterwards in the shower had been just a bad dream.
In which Obito and Kakashi have had a sad situationship with benefits in post-war Konoha – until this night. A change in their choreography throws their entire relationship off the rails into something raw, intimate and tender.
