This new world seems to have people granted with strange and powerful abilities. Hinata and his new companion decide to search for more information and they soon come upon a down-on-his-luck silver-haired boy...
Meanwhile, in the city of Yokohama, Shuichi Saihara expects to free himself from the killing game and face the world with Yumeno and Harukawa but instead, he wakes up in a dark alleyway with a white-haired man who seems unbothered by their strange situation. He decides to gather some information and hopefully find his friends again. Unfortunately, it seems like luck isn't on his side. Or... is it?
