1) All the characters are in their second to fourth year at Harvard University.
2) Pretend like all these majors would have common classes. I'm in high school and have zero idea of what uni is like so cut me some slack.
3) Some plot events are included / modified to fit the story, and some I cut out completely.

Summary
Lance and Keith are chosen to be Professor Shirogane's TAs for his Intro to Astronomy class, which means they're going to have to put their rivalry aside for an entire semester. Somewhere along the way, Keith learns how to cook, Lance commits a French-fry-related atrocity, and two extremely stubborn people learn to tolerate each other, and then some.

Summary
Does anyone know Lance is in love with Keith?
Of course not. And Lance would very much like to keep it that way, thank you! Keith already doesn't want anything to do with him ever since coming back from that space whale; the last thing Lance needs on top of his crumbling self-worth and shaky standing in the team is a rejection that shatters his heart in pieces, too.
But now, Lance got himself in a bit of a pickle. Which is fine, because Lance has a plan to get out of it! A wonderful, brilliant, masterful, completely fool-proof plan. His team won't look at him like he's more incompetent than they already do, he won't have to spend the rest of his life trapped on some alien planet, and Keith will never find out just how head over heels he is for him. It's a win-win-win situation.
Of course, with Keith, things are never quite so simple, and Lance's plan soon causes a domino effect that changes the entire course of his life.

Summary
In the back of his mind, Lance knew he needed to get back to Nadia and Sylvio. He knew that he needed to go before he overstayed his welcome. He needed to go before he managed to mess up this conversation. There was something to be said for quitting while ahead and right now Lance was as far ahead as he’d ever been. He’d done what he set out to do— he’d said hi to Keith and now Shiro was going to get off his back. Logically, he knew all of this.
But Lance was an even bigger idiot than he’d realized. Instead of leaving, instead of walking away and ending things on a good note, he glanced up at Keith’s eyes, “Well, if all you need to get out of it is plans, we should do something tomorrow.”
