If Clark didn't know any better, he'd think he was feeling giddy. He hasn’t felt this light for a long time, joy bubbling in his chest, spreading to his being. He wonders if Lois feels the same. Like it's only them. In their own private bubble, their gazes wordless, but not empty, so much and so little being said at the same time, unable to tear their eyes from each other.
