All Osamu wanted was one day in which he could properly study. Even though his study session would be held in the rather noisy building of the Tamakoma branch, he would take it. Exams are coming up, after all, and between patrols, rank wars, and managing the chaotic mess that his team has become, he’s been having trouble getting any work done outside of cram school. As he sits down in his room after a morning of training with Karasuma, Osamu sighs to himself in relief. He has finally managed to clear up an entire day so that he could study, rank top ten in the exams, get into a good university, succeed in life--

Summary
Just new to the fandom, and it's my first time writing in World Trigger.
Osamu Mikumo's future was destroyed when an alliance of the Neighbor nation attacked his world, slaughtering everyone that he holds dear.
Chika Amatori came from a future where the enemies succeeded in kidnapping her by killing all of her loved ones.
Yuma Kuga is from the future where a terrible disease that affects the trion of a person dies. He died alone, when the Neighbor's took this chance to attack them, exterminating every one of his friends.
Three people with three different futures. To save humanity from genocide, they must make the right choice to protect their family, friends, and loved ones and ensure that mankind will have a future.

Yuuma took a small breath before taking a half-step forward, draping his arms around Osamu and resting his chin on his shoulder. Selfish. So selfish.
"Oh, here?" He pointed at the section Osamu just gestured at, praying his voice sounded as calm as he wanted to look.
Beneath him, tense shoulders finally relaxed. Osamu nodded.
"Yeah. I need you."
Don't read into that.
"Anything for you, Osamu."
Alternatively: Yuuma is head over heels for Osamu. He is literally the only one who doesn't realize it's not unrequited.
