HOLY SHIT THIS I LOVE THIS FIC SO DAMN MUCH! It was so fun to read, I love the movies that were picked and the analysis of them, also some parts had me laughing and others giggling and this was just so fun to read!

Will’s still looking straight up at the sky. The length of his neck is very, very flushed. Mike can feel his entire face going redder than Vader’s lightsaber. He clenches his hands into tiny little fists, and says, around a groan: “I’m not Han Solo, guys.”
In which Lucas has a thing for Bowie, Will has a thing for Han Solo, Mike has a thing for Will, and El should never be allowed to watch Star Wars again.

“Wow,” Will breathes out, just on this edge of teasing. “You sound very confident about this.”
“Well,” Mike shrugs, swallowing hard in a desperate attempt to soothe his very, very dry mouth, “I don’t know why someone wouldn’t be interested in you.”
“Oh?” Will says, and it’s definitely teasing now, enough for Mike to feel himself turning warm, all down his neck and to the tips of his own – sadly unpatterned – socks. “Someone?”
“Yeah.” Mike nods. Oh, god. This is fine. “In a very arbitrary sense of the word. Just– people. Someone.”
Mike is approximately ninety-eight percent sure that his feelings are requited. That last two percent, however, has really been throwing him for a loop.

Summary
Mike looks up, eyes wide. His ears turn a brilliant shade of red. “Oh. I was, um– I was talking to…” Mike takes a long pause, then screws his eyes shut and tips his head back. He lets out a mumbled string of words that Will doesn’t catch.
“Huh?”
“I said,” Mike says, speaking louder and opening his eyes, “hisnameisWill.”
For a long, long moment, it’s completely silent. The bunny’s nose twitches. Will stares at Mike, uncomprehending, and Mike stares back at him, his jaw clenched. Somewhere outside, the wail of an ambulance nears and then fades.
“Um…” Now it’s Will’s turn to trail off. He has no idea how to respond to that. He has no idea how to even process that. “You named your rabbit… Will?”
Or: the appropriate response to discovering that your estranged childhood best friend named his depression pet after you.

"Are you guys dating?" Dustin blurts out. Mike and Will's heads snap to him, shared panicked expressions on their faces.
"Um, I—we, uh—"
"Why—why do you think that?" Will chokes out.
"Well, let's look at the evidence," Lucas holds up his hand and points to a finger when he says each Thing. "You kiss each other all the time, Will's been sitting on your lap every single time we hang out—"
"Wh—I—It's not every time." Mike argues weakly.
"We heard you call Will 'baby'," Will squeaks and avoids eye contact when Mike looks over at him. "And now you guys are going to sleep together. In the same bed. And you say it's normal."
"You gotta see it from our perspective, dude." Dustin adds once Lucas puts his hand down. Mike opens and closes his mouth a few times, looking like a fucking fish out of water. He kinda feels like one, too. Beside him, Will isn't much better. His face is fully red now, and he's just standing there, mouth open, like he'd just been busted for a crime.
