Summary
“Fight it! Don’t sleep, dumbass!” Keito doesn’t understand why, that with every word the other man speaks, he can feel a grumble pressed on his chest. He manages to peel his eyes open and he sees that he was on a higher elevation compared to before, and that he is latched on to the other man’s back. He sees the blood from his nose leaking on the other man’s neck, fairly darker than the man’s hair, which seemed to glow under the neon-lights. His legs hurt where the other man was gripping to keep him from falling.
“It hurts…” He says to his ear, barely a whisper but with his distance from the other man’s ear, it was loud enough. The grip loosens, and the ear was just as red as Keito’s blood.
“S-Sorry.” Was the reply, continued by a “Please stay awake, you need to fight it.”
Keito hums, “You’re awfully kind… For a man who almost choked me to death…” He receives a chuckle that Keito felt in vibrations.
(Or an AU! where Keito and Kuro fight, not only for survival in this apocalyptic world, but also feelings that can't seem to die down despite the shit situation they were already in.)

Bang! Bang! Bang! Multiple shots echoed in the room, it was incredibly loud, and with each sound the gun made, Seungcheol's level of excitement rises with it.
Right in front of him was the greatest show of his life; the most beautiful person he had ever seen stood bloody and naked, shaking with a gun on his hands, shooting at the already unrecognizable body filled with holes from each bullet it was hit with. The bangs turned into clicks, and yet the angel looked as if his work hasn't finished yet.
(Or an AU! where Seungcheol is a feared underground mafia boss, and he falls for the pretty sex slave that just happened to kill his own master.)

The shit ton of return and welcoming parties had been an overwhelming assistance in networking and as a result he'd made some powerful friends in high places.
In turn, he'd become powerful himself, even despite hating the way he got there. The things his family did, and buried. The things he knew they still did but turned a blind to. Things could be found if someone was determined, as this Cat Burglar woman seemed to be. So no, he wasn't scared at all.

They're holding not-hands and the breeze is cleansing, the sand soft, the day ending. There is work Keito had left unfinished; once in the dorms, he'll have to hurry with it before he sleeps. But seeing the sinking sun gild the ocean like it's liquid gold, causing their shadows to be thrown larger than they are—as he hopes they will one day be—maybe coming here wasn't the most terrible decision.
He looks at the back of Kuro's head. It wasn't a terrible decision at all.
