A Sterek rewrite of the show, that stays mostly canon compliant in the beginning, shown exclusively through the eyes of Stiles Stilinski, unknown soul mate of Derek Hale.
Starts slow emotionally, my first attempt at a story of this degree please be gentle.Stiles grunted softly as he heaved himself onto the roof, his sneakers scuffing against the shingles. Scott—his best friend since forever—wasn’t answering his phone, and Stiles couldn’t wait. There was no way Scott was going to believe what Stiles had just overheard.
Keeping low, Stiles crept along the roof toward Scott’s window, his heart racing as the cool night air pressed against his skin. He tried the window, but it wouldn’t budge—it was locked.
“Of course it’s locked,” he muttered under his breath, rolling his eyes.
Knocking softly on the glass, he leaned in closer, squinting to peer inside. The curtains were drawn, giving him only a hazy, distorted view of the room beyond. “Scott,” he hissed, rapping on the window again. No answer.
Suddenly, the curtains shifted, and the window flung open. Scott and Stiles screamed, startling each other.

Summary
On a night out with some of their friends, Eddie accidentally overhears a conversation between Buck and his sister. A conversation that makes his mind spin and leads to some realizations along the way.

“I’m worried about you.” Her voice is filled with concern and Eddie hesitates, not wanting to impose on something personal, but then Buck’s voice comes around the corner and he freezes up.
“I’m fine, Maddie.” Eddie can tell his friend is frustrated, can see the way his eyebrows furrow in his mind, and he frowns himself, this time in confusion. The man hasn't mentioned anything about something being wrong, what could make Maddie so worried?
“I don’t think you are. You can’t keep going on like this.” Maddie’s voice comes back again, this time a bit more sympathetic.
“So what do you suggest I do?” Buck snaps irritated and Eddie’s eyebrows shoot up. He doesn’t think he ever heard the man talk like that to his sister.
“Talk to him.”

Summary
Eddie's been aware of his feelings for Buck for a while. He never believed he stood a chance until finding out about Buck and Tommy. Leading to him shutting down, avoiding Buck and Tommy, and going back into panic attacks every time he turns around. What happens when he misunderstood the Assignment and both Buck and Tommy do whatever they need to, to make sure he's aware of that.
