Emma exhaled, her lips almost brushing over Scott’s. Up close, she smelled of sweet almond, lush cherry and bitter sandalwood. Her entire essence up close. “You are in good hands. Control is my middle name. Let your beast out with me... Lose your control with Emma.”
Looking her directly in the eye, Scott picked up the snuff tube and snorted two remaining lines of coke.
The sharp flavour of melted plastic and benzine filled the back of his throat. The inner voice subsided. The weight of the world suddenly lifted.
“Let’s do it. I want to do it… I want to be your puppet.”
