Summary
Maybe there's not that much of a difference between a hero and a villain. Maybe it's just a series of choices or even just the way people perceive you. Peter Parker doesn't want to be a villain, but maybe he no longer wants to be a hero either. Maybe he's just angry, and tired of following everyone else's rules. Maybe he just doesn't care what people think of him anymore.
Or: an alternate timeline of that moment where Tony takes away Peter's suit.

Summary

Summary
“No. No, fuck you, no. My dad is dead, run it again.” Peter shouted, handcuffs rattling with enough force the dent the desk. He stared at the woman across him, a small, desperate hope blooming in his chest; but his vision was still slightly fuzzy at the edges so he wasn’t totally sure this wasn't a drug-induced hallucination from mixing weed and coke.
In which Peter Parker’s dad is, not in fact, dead. He’s Tony Stark.

Summary
The Avengers find themselves in need of Spider-Man’s help to improve their reputation. Peter Parker, however, doesn't exactly have the best reputation: he has been dabbling in a life of crime.
Tony really doesn't care about picking up after some degenerate teen.
Peter really doesn't care about some dumb adults telling him what to do.And nothing will ever, ever change their minds.
