    You had never officially met your neighbours. When you moved in you didn't go see them to introduce yourselves and they didn't stop by the welcome you either. To them you were just the weird foreign lady who could be found outside the building at weird hours, walking various dogs, in various state of undress. The usual visual was an oversized shirt and a pair of pokemon printed underwear with or without matching socks depending on whether or not you shaved your legs that day. So, when one of them came knocking needless to say you were very surprised.
