No words could be heard, before Yuji dared to break the silence again.
“What do you want from me?” The boy asked, small, quiet, feeling as fragile as an autumn leaf.
“Everything.” The curse breathed out, honestly, and that honesty, the truthfulness of his tone, it was the drop that overfilled Yuji's glass.
It made the boy's brain stop working. It made his body slump and still. It made his eyes close and hands tighten around Sukuna.
Everything.
“Why don't you…take it?” Yuji couldn't help but ask, feeling a dark, omnibus energy surround them at the suggestion.
“Because…I want you to give it all to me. When the time comes.”

He couldn’t call out to Sukuna like he used to. Yuji feared he no longer understood the curse, if he ever truly knew him at all. He’d been too naïve for his own good, but when fear was breaking down the last of his walls, all Yuji could do was shuffle toward the curse, one hand tugging on his clothes, and beg for him to reconsider.
“A-Aniki… Don’t go away.”
As soon as the words slipped out between Yuji’s lips, regret took over at the sight of Sukuna’s face. He honestly didn’t know how the curse would react, expecting to be shoved off again as the more likely outcome than the full-body freeze he was witnessing.
The curse’s eyes widened, bewildered by the form of address Yuji had used. It wasn’t like a Yuji could have used his name, and he was still in Fushiguro’s body, which for better or for worse gave him the stature of a teenager… He’d made Sukuna livid, hadn’t he?
This was how his life was going to end.
❤ Yuji gets attacked while alone and turned into a child. His memories are all intact, but no one else needs to know that. Especially when the first person to find him is the curse who abandoned him once already.

Summary

Yuuji accepts, and throughout the years spent sculpting the statue, he is plagued by dreams and prophecies of a star-crossed love from a lifetime long past. Inevitably, Yuuji can't help but fall in love with the God despite being made of stone, all while knowing that his love could only ever end in tragedy.
Sukuna, however, has no interest in tragic endings. He will stop at no ends to make Yuuji his, now and forever.
