Omega dies on Kamino, and wakes in her bunk on Kamino in the first year of the Clone Wars, still having much to learn, she nevertheless sabotages the chips. Not understanding what the Emperor was, she's playing with kyber when she becomes Kenobi's left hand. Will her intentional and unintentional actions change the fate of the galaxy? Probably. Time Travel, and you don't need to watch the Bad Batch to enjoy this story, but obviously, SPOILERS if you do plan to watch it.
