Summary
Spring had come around full force. Trees and flowers finally gave the usually grey and dull city a new colorful coat of paint, the days were longer and one was finally able to ditch the heavy winter coat for a lighter one. Rain and snow have bid their farewells ´til next year, ousted by cloudless skies and outdoor activities.
Birds were singing their carols and showing off their pretty plumages, trying to court their mates. Young couples were making picknicks, enjoying the first warm sunrays of the year...and children were laughing and running around in pure glee about not being stuck indoors anymore.
One person, however, definitely wasn´t enjoying themselves.Din was downright miserable.

And when Grogu is finally settled for bed that night, they share a drink at Taanti´s in comfortable silence. Instead of talking, Cobb writes little, fleeting messages on the back of Din´s hand with the rough tip of his index fingers.
Sweet little nothings, only meant for Din. Silly, meaningless things that make Din blush or snort under the helmet...or smile when he sees how at ease Cobb is.
In which Cobb accidentally shares something Din hadn´t known about...but before Cobb can feel too vulnerable, Din shows him with little words that he´s loved and supported.
