“I thought about it.” he admitted then, his eyes focused on your lips.
Your smile grew into a curious, smug grin, “Did you?”
He nodded once. “At least a half dozen times.” You felt your core growing warm at the thought of him, laying somewhere in his own tent and cot, wide awake, thinking of sneaking into your news team’s tent to find you in your cot amongst them.
You felt like teasing him then, raising your glass again to your lips, “It’s a shame you never did.” He just watched you for a moment as you sipped, watched the way your full bottom lip tucked under and against the glass. You then leaned away and placed it on the other end table, before turning and tucking your arm under your head against the back of the couch. “It would’ve been a lot of fun.”

Summary
Gojo Satoru and Nanami Kento have both seen a lot of loss in their lives. Though they've walked very different paths, one thing is for certain: it's really hard to date when you're a sorcerer. After all, romance was impossible for men like them ... but a person's still got needs. To Satoru, pulling random strangers had gotten old. To Kento, it just seemed unfair. Somewhere along the lines, they came up with an arrangement — an agreement to scratch an itch for each other, when needed. They've been fucking for a few months, now, and everything is perfect ... or at least it would be, if not for the fact that Satoru is pretty sure he's falling in love with Kento.

And yet Nanami is probably the person best-positioned to know of his humanity. Because he’s the only one who’s seen Gojou’s naked vulnerability. For all his power and his techniques and his impossible confidence, Gojou is human. He can suffer, he can weep, and he can die. And his death is something the world of sorcery can’t afford. Gojou made them what they are today, and he can break them just as easily.
So here Nanami is, watching him oppressively while he wolfs down his first meal in days, manic with exhaustion and unable to break out of his nosedive.
