    it started with a look across a street, it almost ended with a shot in the dark. ron never meant to miss and hit him instead of the walker, and Carl never expected to be the one back to pull ron out of the wreckage of his own home. as they both heal from wounds (THAT SHOULDVE BEEN FATAL) Carl decides to help Ron face a monster much closer than the walkers past the walls. while Ron tries to rid the guilt.

    Carl is ecstatic to see other kids his age when his group arrives at Alexandria. He's even more excited when he's able to act like a real, normal boy with them— something he hasn't been able to do since he was 10.
    Ron is angry as shit to see a new boy pull up with a group of dirty ass rednecks and steal his girl after years of peace and protection in Alexandria.
    Tension between the two grows, even though Carl doesn't quite know why. But much to their surprise, their bond might just be the only thing that keeps them alive when disaster strikes their town, and they have to rely on each other to survive.

    Canon up to a certain point!! And it's switching POVs from Carl to Ron so 😗
