Vox frowned as Alastor chuckled, but he drank the water regardless, though more slowly. His brow furrowed at the way it made his stomach feel. Full, somewhat, which always seemed strange when it was just fluid. He frowned further as he realized it wasn’t just his stomach that was starting to feel full. Vox shifted in his seat again, and Alastor’s smile crept higher.
Suddenly, it all clicked into place. Vox felt like an idiot.
“Oh, you son of a bitch…”

Charlie invites Vox to discuss a potential collaboration for filming an ad for the hotel. Their bickering quickly escalates, but before either of them can claim victory, Lucifer decides he’s had enough.
