Summary
After receiving a message that the war between Autobots and the Decepticons has ended, Jazz decides to return back to his home planet. On his way, he encounters two young Cybertronians born from the battlefield going by the names Blurr and Clobber. Joined by the shared goal, they begin a journey across the universe to get to Cybertron.
They have to face extreme weather, friends and enemies from both sides of the conflict, and even each other's company to finally start a new chapter of their lives.

Now Sixshot must adjust in a ship mainly full of Autobots, no war, Megatron being an autobot and bumping heads with Grimlock every now and then. But at least he can take his frustration out on a a poor medic. Nothing could go wrong...Can it?

7 million years ago, the latest blow to gender on Cybertron is dealt by the rising Functionist tide, stirring an Arcee struggling with loneliness and aesthetic dysphoria into enraged action to help bots in the Hadean System across the aesthetic spectrum save their transformative glory and stories… in the process, she finds aid from the scientist Jhiaxus, who also offers xem a new reformatting surgery to let her spark do shaping with CNA editing help. Thus begins a new chapter in her life as a founding member of the expansion of what would later be called the Anti-Vocation League alongside her beloved partner and fellow old person Codexa, while grappling with her own growing pile of pains and traumas. As the millennia carry on and she heads to space, xey eventually meets Anode and Lug in the stars, and some dear moments near the present all the way through to events after Transformers: Optimus Prime #25: Post… where she helps some gender expansive bots, and with help from Aileron and xeir pals she finally gets some answers and closure to xeir own self, and has a reckoning with forces pitted against her for millions of years. The years after are not what she expected during most of her life prior, and xey is glad for them…

Summary
Awakened, yet lost.
Reactivated on an organic alien world, the few Autobots and Decepticons form a temporary truce in order to return to Cybertron.
However, all is not well. The Decepticons struggle internally under their new leadership of Starscream. His crown hangs heavy as the weight of leadership forces him to question his own loyalty to his cause.
Optimus Prime, the indomitable and legendary leader of the Autobots, must protect their adopted world from those who seek to destroy it, even as he struggles to protect those closest to him.
But what remains of Cybertron — three-hundred years have passed since the Ark’s crash — how much still remains amongst it’s ashes?

Rodimus and his friends move into a student boarding house called Lost Light and start university. Decepticon activist Megatron has roughly the same idea. This causes no tension among his group whatsoever.
Soon, they will experience how much university can kick one's aft, but that will be the least of their problems. The fact that nobody seems to be mentally stable only adds to the problems.

Mystery befalls the Lost Light during a routine trip ashore to ride out a storm with a stay at Swerve’s Tavern. Rodimus receives an ominous token from his past, a single coin from the legendary lost treasure of the Decepticon Empire, supposedly guarded by the disbanded movement’s fiercest soldiers: the dreaded DJD.
To make matters worse, both the Lost Light and Thunderclash vanish into the raging storm. Rodimus knows treachery is afoot, and suspects an old friend from his past is behind it: Getaway! He’ll have to rally his wits, his courage, and his crew to save the day.
