Summary
After receiving a message that the war between Autobots and the Decepticons has ended, Jazz decides to return back to his home planet. On his way, he encounters two young Cybertronians born from the battlefield going by the names Blurr and Clobber. Joined by the shared goal, they begin a journey across the universe to get to Cybertron.
They have to face extreme weather, friends and enemies from both sides of the conflict, and even each other's company to finally start a new chapter of their lives.

Hot Rod never saw the Autobots after he destroyed Nyon, he got scooped up by Megatron at his worse and twisted in to the worst version of himself.
Now tasked with ensuring the Autobots lose their CMO, he decides the best way to go about this is to take out his conjunx, Drift.
This is in fact, the worst way to go about this.
(alternate summary: Drift sees a rabid mech then looks around and asks "is anyone gonna help him?" then doesn't wait for a response.)

The wind tore at her, a physical presence that whipped her short ginger curls into a frenzy and pressed cold against the exposed skin of her neck, but she welcomed it. It was a raw, cleansing force, scouring away the lingering stillness of her empty apartment, the silence that had become a permanent resident since Samuel was gone.

Summary
Optimus tells the Autobots after the fight in Hong Kong that the safest place for them would be Griffin Rock, even in its extremely accident prone state. The people there either don’t know that Cybertronians exist or they don’t care as the Rescue Bots have never deliberately caused any harm. He tells Cade that he should go with them for his own safety and he does.
The Autobots end up teaching the Rescue Bots a few things about war, and just in time too as somehow Lockdown had been revived. Unlucky for Lockdown, so has Ratchet.

So you move in with your only living relative and soon come to find yourself infatuated with the team of giant alien robots protecting the city. They take a sudden interest in you too when their scout, Bumblebee, rescues you from a precarious incident and a close bond quickly forms between yourself and the young ‘Bot.
However, things take a turn when the Decepticons set their sights on you. So much so that they hire a bounty hunter to assist their efforts. Bumblebee would do anything to keep you safe, but he and the rest of his small team have their work cut out for them. His worst nightmare is failing to keep his promise to you—and with the way their circumstances keep getting tested—that just may be on his horizon. -

"So, 'Autobot'...do we have a deal?" Megatron asked with interest, waiting to see if the Minibot would take the bite at his offer. Bumblebee still wasn't sure. He couldn't die, couldn't go offline, not yet. He wanted to see his team again. He wanted payback of some sort or at least some sort of closure. No matter the cost. He didn't want to...but he had to. For now, only one thing ran through his fractured and aching processor.

Bumblebee, the sweet spark goofball, who dreamed of being an Elite Guard. Bee can be a handful due to his obnoxious personality, his childish behavior, his procrastination, and much more. However, things take a turn for the worse as his team grows tired of his antics, resulting in an argument that could've led to better or worse. Then during the attempt to stop The Space Bridge, in the midst of the battle, Bumblebee gets kidnapped and taken.
For Stellar Cycles, Bumblebee goes through the worst. Being a prisoner, training to fight & kill, forced to move on from all he once knew and had, do as he's told, & become a Con. The only thing Bee wanted was to find value in himself, to survive, to truly see if his former team moved on in life without him.

A man who once served in the army who is now on the run with his daughter and their best friend once Cemetery Wind Find out about them having Optimus. Now they are going to find out what all is happening with Cemetery Wind and how their "business deal" with a company that's producing their own Transformers. Not only that, but they're also going to have to deal with all of the transformers they've created. Especially with one that is the resurrected leader as a reincarnated version of Megatron who aims to cyberform the planet and build a new Decepticon army.
