Summary
Book Three of "To Have a Spark" begins. Stitching a shattered mind back together, facing death, rebirth and now, gods begin to wake. It's all rather an exhausting thing, isn't it? Through it all, Optimus Prime endures. He endures, teaching and learning things that...maybe he might not want to learn, after all. As dreams, reality and gods come out to play, can the Autobots make it through to the other side? Can Optimus Prime, for once, see the fruits of his labour? Can Optimus Prime receive the one thing he dares to want for himself?

Summary
Set within-yet-adjacent-to "Behind the Lines", this trilogy sprang up as both a gift and a "response" to ShootingStarscream's excellent piece, "Prime Logistics". This *can* technically be read on its own, but it is advised to at least have foundational understanding of who the F some of these characters are.
Cade Yeager (of Transformers: Age of Extinction / The Last Knight) makes a brief cameo.
Thus, we now begin "To Have a Spark: Behind the Lines". Things get a little more real, but as with its predecessor, no life-or-death adventures. Here, teenagers fuck up, Bots learn what it's like on the other side of being protected and maybe a certain Prime might get a break for once in his life.
Antics of all sorts ensue. Including the occasional bar fight (without booze because they're minors!)
Like its predecessor, the entire "Behind the Lines" and "War and Cheese" trilogy take place at various points along Books II and III.

Summary
When you find your feet, you walk with your head held high. When you begin to get too close to someone, that closeness can be both a strength and a weakness. Renalt has learned a lot and will learn a whole lot more. Optimus Prime has already learned harsh lessons. Will these lessons reveal strength, or will they break a titan made of metal?

Summary
"Freedom is the right of all sentient beings." It is a concept nearly all can rally behind. But how far does that freedom extend? The question must be faced as intelligent mechanical beings from a far-off world learn of horrifying new concepts: Suicide, the depths of brotherhood and the idea that not everyone has a Primus of their own.

Summary
When a child thought they were alone in their darkest hour, strange things happened. Aliens pulled them from the brink, learning lessons no one should have to learn. Now, the adventure of life, the horrors of war and the absolute strange beauty that is Cybertron meet head-on. For better or for worse, Optimus Prime learns how to share his burden. For better or for worse, the human he befriends learns to trust another in ways few have dared to try.
This story began fifteen years ago and lay unfinished, collecting dust. After a massive information loss-and-recovery, I've been re-working it. And it has grown into its own behemoth: A series, and a tie-in ancillary series.

Summary
This is an auxiliary series, smaller in scale than its main "To Have a Spark" counterpart. Here, more mundane moments are explored, away from a direct battlefield or major event. Here, deeper introspection and character studies may appear in various forms. Translation: Fluff, character studies, first-person perspectives and misadventures where kids and bots alike screw up in non-life-threatening ways live here.

Summary
When happening to overhear a conversation about himself between Ratchet and the trio of human children at their base, Optimus is forced to take a deep look at himself and dive into what drives him and his emotions. Gazing back at what formed him into the bot he is today proves to draw up some thoughts that more than causes a slight clash between himself and Ratchet when the topic is brought up later on. Are he and Megatron so different, really?

It also didn’t help that the average glyph message was only three characters long, used no articles or prepositions, and usually had no verbs. What was the proper response to:: Curiosity; Sensation of great speed? Was it a question? A comparison? Why, after a brief visit by National Security Director Mearing, did four different ‘Bots send:: Emphasis; overlapping? Why was a particularly bad joke by Bulkhead derided as ::Undercharged when there were actual glyphs for Not funny and Humor fail? How did any of that work?
