Summary
You’ve had a few neighbors in the past but never one as conceited and ignorant and unthoughtful and sexually active as Suguru Getou. Perhaps he’s completely oblivious to how bad the walls are at retaining sounds, but it quickly begins building up and grating on you.
Then you get to know him and, you think, maybe he’s not so conceited or ignorant or unthoughtful. To your absolute dread, he’s quite the opposite.
