Summary
Izuku was lying on the floor, bored out of his mind. He had already finished his homework, but did it still count as homework if you didn’t need to work on it? He had figured out the answers the moment the worksheets were handed out. You see, Izuku was a bit of a child genius. He was really smart, but his mum had restricted him from skipping any grades so he would be able to make friends with kids his age. When you meet a kid like him, you immediately think: oh, he must have an intelligence quirk! There’s no way a kid without a quirk that made him smarter would be as good as that! And when they assumed that, Izuku told them yes, he did have an intelligence quirk.
But what he told them was not the truth.
OR
Izuku Midoriya somehow tricks everyone into thinking he has an intelligence quirk (SPOILER: he doesn't.)

Midoriya Izuku never wanted the spotlight.
Quite frankly, he'd have been happy spending his three years in U.A.'s Support Course hunched over his work bench drowning in blueprints, caffeine, and whatever gas Mei had accidentally flooded the workshop with this time.
But no, apparently the support students needed to be more 'well rounded' and 'integrate with their fellow classmates'.
Cue Power Loader drafting Class-2H into mandatory training and 'team building' exercises in preparation for the upcoming Sports Festival.
Because that was the obvious solution. Public humiliation and an absolute overhaul of Izuku's carefully curated schedule of avoidance and overwork.
What could possibly go wrong?

Support Course and spends his time sabotaging any and every attempt Power Loader makes to train him for the Sports Festival, tormenting the U.A. staff, and single handedly raising the resting heart rate of one Aizawa Shouta. His genius gets exploited, his inventions taken advantage of, and All Might eventually realises that the kid he once said couldn't be a hero is a braver one than he ever was.Eh, summary is ass - I'm bad at blurbs.
