Summary
Erestor finds himself thrust into adventure when Elrond requests his company escorting Arwen to Minas Tirith after the War of the Ring is won. All too aware of the chronic illness that has bound his friend to Rivendell for the past several centuries, Glorfindel has some concerns. Erestor, aware of the risks, is going anyway.

”And what is this car? A creation of Melkor?”
”Again, I don’t know who the fuck you’re talking about but it’s gotta be at least a few tons of metal and you don’t look more structurally resilient than this gigantic shitload of metal. Scoot over or go splat.”
“I’d rather go splat, as you so eloquently put it, than submit to the will of a thrall of Melkor!” his new least favorite person shrieked.
By 1985, Maglor has lived through so many lifetimes in Man’s World he forgot the first one. His efforts to escape the misery of his 1980s life lead to driving an experimental time-traveling car out of a shady strip mall parking lot (as one does).
When things go wrong (very possible when time-traveling in discontinued car models) his only guidance comes in one hint from his drug dealer and a paranoid elf prince that looks eerily like himself.

In which Maedhros gets very creative about paying taxes after the Bragollach destroyed Himring's coffers. Everyone suffers.

Summary
People stared at her in Valinor. It was not that scars were unheard of, but few had scars so dreadful as hers. Even with all Elrond’s talent, there was no hiding what she had endured.
Celebrían sailed to Valinor to find healing, but she does not find it. Lorien does her no good and many elves there are unused to scars like hers.
There is one elf, though, with scars like hers. Maedhros quickly proves that Elrond's memories of him were nearer to the mark than the horror stories she has heard and Celebrían finds herself adopted by the Fëanorians.
