Summary
And so, after millennia of suffering and pain, the royal family of the Noldor was reunited. The three houses had returned to the world, their bright eyes and souls graced the living once more.
All was going smoothly, and would have been perfect if not for one absence, a hole left on the tapestry that could possibly destroy all of its unity. It was perceptible on Prince Fingon’s expectant gaze, which slowly diminished as time passed, in the tired gaze and trembling hands of Prince Turgon, on Princess Aredhel’s tight smile as she talked to her son, on Prince Argon’s confused and impatient expression, on Lady Anairë’s silence and distant self.
The High King that had wounded The Enemy by himself had not returned. For some he was still the High King, for others he was a Prince, for most he was a hero deeply grieved. No matter the title, the fact was that Fingolfin had not been reborn.

Summary
Never have I ever written an ABO story, until now.
The usual suspects in a different setting but still having family dynamics from hell and so many grievances. Also, everybody is even younger and more confused than the last time. It is still Arda in spirit and custom but geographically it is more like Earthsea.
Like I feared, this turned out to be a somewhat epic endeavor, with a bunch of children craving attention, mysteries, agricultural problems, battles of different kinds, dreams, omens and portents, Dwarrow, fertility rituals, good and evil Valar and me being unexpectedly lenient towards Kings Thingol and Ingwë. And of course there are dragons, too.
There probably should be more sex, and less meetings, but there is a war to be waged and people to be saved, so busy parents have to take what they can get.
So, Prince Fëanáro is returning to the Isle of Tirion from a bout of island hopping....

Summary
Fëanor shrugged, studying the contents of his wine glass. “Something must be done about that house. It will fall down eventually.”
“It does not follow that it must be you that tears it down single-handedly. Are you sure you do not want help?”
“It’s not as though I have much else to do. I need to build something new there,” he said after a few moments. “To do that, I must first clear away the old and broken things.”Decades out of Mandos, too many things in Fëanor's life remain broken. He can't do anything except wait for his sons to come to him, but he can do something about the old and crumbling house where they once lived.

I'm back... surprisingly. New year, new drawings. As always is just like the title says, inspired by the comments (mostly) of the second entry of the series Quenta Nossëo. As always, I don't consider myself an artist, I still don't know how to draw hands! This is just for fun and I hope you all like it :D
Here's the summary for the second entry, please go read this fic, it deserves the love <3
"Sun and Moon rise over a changed Arda. Beneath the eyes of Arien and Tilion - a smith and a swan queen, desperate to reach their children across the sea. Finwëans bound by ill-fated oaths. And a young elf with hidden potential attempting to protect what precious light remains in a tainted world."

Summary
In the Long Noontide of Valinor, it is quite impossible that Maitimo the Hereditary Prince of the Noldor was not once proposed to a prominent marriage. In an age when the Secondborn of Valinor were drawn into an ‘ideal’ society of familial rivalry, rigid hierarchy and bigotry saturated with futile aesthetes, Lady Elenfinwiel, the eldest daughter of Princess Findis was commanded to court the Princes of Valinor, and among them was Maitimo the Bachelor Prince, who she had a rather amusing experience with before they made their final decision—to be or not to be, and That is the vexing question not only for our Hamletian Maitimo who is destined to be embroiled in dilemmas without a break, but also to our Austenesque Elenfinwiel, as she began to entertain the precepts of Noldorin courtship along the delicate line of dynastic interests, and the very insignificant freedom of the individual that shall forever change the course of Noldorin History.

Summary
The Lord of the Rings teaches that even in great darkness, there is good worth fighting for. But what happens when you fight for that good — and fail?
In the year 1310, Findis Aratarinië and Ingwion Laimarindil are granted a daughter — a child meant to bind the lines of Ingwë and Finwë, though the latter are decidedly absent, in heart and in presence.
Over the centuries, she will earn many names: the Queen of the Dawn, She of Sweetened Words, the Lady of Ash.
But in the beginning — before blood, before loss — she is simply Elvorië Alyariniel: a princess never meant to inherit, nor to leave.
-(|)-
In a far away land, Arvrenil Leihbethril, the Queen of the Dawn, took up her sword and brought it down upon her own chest, ending her life in just the span of a second. And her death was unnoticed, for those who had once loved her had long since let her go, and when her body fell, untethered, no one was left to catch it.
But what decides a person’s worth?
A tragic death, or the entire life before it?

Summary
Tirion buzzes with news: Ñolofinwë and Fëanáro are due to re-embody, far off yet from the Dagor Dagorath when they were expected. King Arafinwë nurses ambiguous feelings. Lonely, incurably goodhearted, yet also full of bile and bitterness, he yearns for their return but also fears they shall be swift to cause trouble and bring tremours to his rule.
When the revenants, however, prove to be unnervingly placid - silent and unreadable - he contends with an even worse possibility. That they might not incite trouble at all. And then, would it even be them?
He must get a rein over these half-strangers. He must descry what secrets their odd demeanour veils.

Summary
“My mother misses you,” Findis adds, and there is something almost begrudging in the admission, as if she dislikes how true it is. “Arafinwë does as well. He has always been sentimental.”
“And you?” Nerdanel asks, because she cannot help it. “Do you miss me for their sake, or—”
Findis cuts in, immediate.
“For mine,” she says.
...
Findis is very similar to her husband—not in face, but in temperament and cleverness. She has his tongue, his talent for words and for… other things.

Summary
Angrod and Aegnor woke up a century or so before the Rebellion. While they are both eager to avoid it from happening again, they had different approaches on how to achieve it. Aegnor, the calm and collected one, wants to make peace with that side of the family, while Angrod, the impulsive one, wants to cut it from the root. Too bad his brother is stopping him... though with the surprises they kept finding, perhaps it was a good idea. Not that he was ever saying that on his face.
Aegnor knew that he was going to suffer as he was forced to become his father´s helper in this whole wedding planning for Elenammë and Telpehalda, he just didn´t know it was going to be so much. He also discovered some things he would rather not know. He guessed he should get help... if only two of his brothers didn´t have the attention spawn of cocker spaniels... well, at least he was here to prevent Angrod from making too many big mistakes... who he was kidding, this was going to be a nightmare.

Summary
When at last the work was done, she wound it with a key of silver for hours and set it to play. As the dancing girls spun – the one with ink-dark eyes that burned with power, the one with silver slippers and tresses of gold, the one with stars embroidered on the veil that covered her white hair – she wept freely. Then Nerdanel took the key from her neck, and wound it again. Her fingers trembled, in hope and terror. As she reached the end, she met resistance, and, thumb pushing up and index finger pulling down, she twisted once more, a half turn.
And the world around her broke apart.
--
Nerdanel sacrifices what she must to see her family happy.
