Summary
Has Buck been waiting for years to get Eddie’s dick in his mouth? Yes, at least subconsciously — he can admit that now that there's no turning back.
Is he going to come the second Eddie gets anywhere near his own? Yes, probably.
Is he maybe a little bit entirely in love with Eddie, and kneeling between his legs feels a bit like a religious experience? Yes, absolutely.
Is he going to make Eddie aware of any of this? Not until he has to. Which, if he has his way, will be the Saturday after “never.”
The sex pollen doesn’t seem to take this into consideration.

"You have it?" she asks, hair still wet and curling at the ends.
Chimney can't help but laugh. "You're really ready for this, huh?"
"What can I say?" [Maddie] smiles coyly. "I can't wait to get my hands on you. Or, well, I guess for you to get your hands on me."
"The feeling is always mutual there," Chim smiles, then unloads the small bag Hen sent him away with. Maddie watches with interest — the salves are first, followed by the herba desiderii, glittery like it should be in Jee's craft box instead of Maddie herself ingesting it. And those salve tins...do they say morphine?

Summary
Buck drops to his knees on the harsh, unforgiving tile of the kitchen floor, and he prays that Eddie follows him into that dark, depraved abyss.
“Fuck,” Eddie mutters, hand still firmly planted on Buck’s shoulder. His other hand drops to Buck’s other shoulder, fingers digging in tightly, white-knuckled and clinging. Buck blinks up at him, slow and dreamy, chest heaving and mouth dropped open. His face is flushed red, open and vulnerable, and he tries to convey everything with just his eyes: tell me to stop. Tell me I’m making a fool of myself. Tell me to get up and I’ll listen.
Eddie’s expression screws up, eyes squeezing shut, and he frantically nods, encouraging Buck with a two-handed squeeze.

Buck again! Buck who apparently just came out as bisexual and is dating Eddie’s new friend Tommy. Marisol had stayed over with Chris while Tommy took Eddie to Vegas for a fight. (“Sorry, he only has two tickets. I’ll bring you and Chris Perez t-shirts though!”) But neither Buck nor Tommy has been around lately, which Marisol completely understands. When your relationship is brand new, it’s easy to disappear into your own little world. She and Eddie had done the same thing.
Well, Buck had been there.

Five years before meeting Eddie, Marisol matched with “Firehose.” Buck and Eddie are both incredibly normal about this.

“You okay?” Buck asks, and Eddie blinks, lets out the breath that had gotten caught in his throat.
“Yeah,” he says, even though – no, not really. “Sorry, just – a surprise, I guess. Hearing from him.”
Which is weird, come to think of it, because they used to be close. Closer than anything, as close as – well, as close as him and Buck, but in a different way. In a way that felt frantic and clinging and desperate, something to hold onto while they were being shot at.
Eddie hears from an old army buddy; it brings a few things to the surface.

Something's going on here. And Buck sure isn't helping, what with his incessant gazing out the window to where he can see Hen and Eddie collapsing into giggles in each other's arms, Hen grinning widely and Eddie now stripped down to his tank. God, his arms are huge, now. When did that happen? And why didn't Buck notice sooner? Why did he have to notice at all?
Things were way better before Buck realized he wanted to sink his teeth into his best friend's biceps and lick the sweat off his neck and eat him out until he cried.
(Or, Chris notices something off about Buck and calls him out on it.)
