Summary
Jaehee's scream die in his throat as soon as he lands his eyes on the trembling hand, attached to a shivering body soaked through by the rain. It’s a boy—his shirt ripped, shorts smeared with dirt, shoes and socks equally battered. His black hair clings wetly to his forehead, and his wide, round eyes dart toward Jaehee with unmistakable fear.
Something flickers and Jaehee’s eyes move to the movement and once he does, he gasps.

"Hm. You still smell like that alpha." Yushi reached across the table, taking the proposal out of Daeyoung's hand and holding his wrist up to his nose.
"Sajangnim?" Daeyoung squeaked, trying to tug his hand back. "I don't think this is necessary!"
Yushi rubbed his wrist defiantly over Daeyoung's, smiling when the scent of lavender faded. Even with Daeyoung's worse sense of smell, he could tell that Yushi's bergamot was filling the air around them.
"There. Now you smell like me."
After three years of working for Yushi, Daeyoung doesn't understand why Yushi is suddenly so obsessed with his scent. Even worse is that Daeyoung has to balance Yushi's odd behavior with his growing infatuation for his boss, surprise courting gifts, and his coworkers knowing something he doesn't.

Daeyoung will mingle a little. Sion’s relatives will fawn over him. Maybe he’ll help around the house. Maybe he’ll help Sion’s father move around the furniture. Maybe he’ll make someone laugh and maybe it all makes Sion’s eyes twitch. Either way, his visits end with a plate of food prepared by Sion’s mom and another invitation on her lips when they’re by the door.
Why on earth does she keep inviting him? And furthermore, why does Daeyoung continue attending?
