It's definitely not Methos' fault that Duncan dropped a Ming vase worth thousands of dollars. He just tossed Duncan his keys while Duncan was holding the vase. Duncan could have just let the keys fall on the floor. Duncan sees the incident somewhat differently. Besides all the mutual teasing and flirting really needed to lead to something--didn't it?

A Saphic romance spanning millenia that we have been cruelly denied by canon making them both men. Not that I am complaining about that because they were very, very, very pretty. And kind of gay. But I made them Eve ‘n’ Gaia. (laughs at own terrible joke)
Canon divergence in that they started out a different sex, met again in 2000-something not the nineties, and also that Mac is nowhere around.

The Game, like most games, can be hacked, and in a way that doesn’t feature hacking off heads. Come the Gathering, Methos saves his head with the power of Star Wars quotes and gay marriage. From a certain point of view, anyway. If you ask him and Mac, well, they are definitely husbands now.
Or, Death knows one cannot fight or run from the inevitable, so he decides to use exact words to convince it it has already happened.
Featuring enough crack to drug a nation, enough fluff to make a thirty-foot teddy bear and enough angst, drama, trauma, and kinda-sorta horror to make the crack and fluff truly shine.
Rating may be too high but who knows, I don't.
