Summary
Shinichi has suffered from dissociative (psychogenic) amnesia that was caused by an accident on tropical island. As time passes, he begins to remember every detail of his life he had forgotten: his identity, his parents, his girlfriend, and his interests such as mystery and soccer.
However,
some parts of his memories were shattered like shards of glass. Memories of his childhood friend, Haibara Ai, which had been buried deep in his mind, slowly resurface when the doctor who treated him resembles the girl in his memory—Dr. Miyano Shiho. -
