Summary
Minifred Conor inherited No. 29 Neibolt House in Derry from her aunt. He returns to the place of his birth, to a twisted city full of filth hidden behind a pretty facade of smiles. However, her hopes for a happy life are extinguished, because the house is a ruin about to fall, it is haunted, and immediately after her arrival, she meets the ghost of a clown called Pennywise, who has the whole town in thrall and eats children to boot. It's a nine-to-five situation, Minnie wants to sell the house so she can leave with the money, but who would buy something like that? The truth is starting to come out. How does Pennywise know her? What happened between them a long time ago and how come they are so similar? But one thing is clear, he won't let her go. Whoever enters Neibolt's house once will never leave, and neither the charismatic lawyer Perry Winter nor the woman's rock-solid determination, which crumbles like a house of cards in the presence of the clown, will help her in this. What does the clown have in store for her? Why does he keep bothering her and why the hell does he still crave human flesh?
