Summary
Nick is struggling with being bisexual in a world that seems to assume that straight or gay are the only two legitimate options. Call him a romantic, but he's not interested in hook ups and one night stands. He wants a relationship, with someone he can be his whole self with. And his true self is bi, and proud!
Charlie is struggling with trust and control after an abusive relationship in high school shatters his self esteem. His therapist has suggested he needs to find a hobby that pushes at his limits of being in control. Charlie thinks Geoff probably meant joining a band, or maybe rock climbing, and not seducing fit guys, who are way out of his league, for one night stands. Same results though, so what's the harm?
An aged up AU. Our two favourite boys are at the same Uni, but don't know each other yet. Until a chance encounter on a night out that ends up changing everything.
TW for mentions of self harm, ED, past SA/NonCon - nothing too extreme I hope, but they're definitely mention as part of Charlie's story. It's mainly fluff?

i literally have no words. this was SO long, SO detailed, and i loved every second of it. it has the perfect balance of everything. i love how they met. i love how infatuated they BOTH were. i love the pacing and timing of absolutely everything.i love how it didn't end when they got together, but we got to experience every important aspect of their relationship as well. i love their characters, i love how nothing was forced and everything was very realistic and amazingly written. i love how this was made. idk what else to say. i genuinely, genuinely adore this fic. -

This was a literal work of art. I loved every second of it. Beautiful story, great pacing, beautiful world building, the scenery is amazing, the first kiss and the relationship all over is amazing. None of the characters were one dimensional, which tends to happen in heartstopper aus. Might be one of my favorite fics I've ever read. -

Ever since he met Elle in uni, he always heard of Charlie-her-best-friend-from-back-home, but somehow, he never actually met the guy. Charlie had gone to uni in another country, so he didn’t visit Elle very much and every time he actually did, Nick was never around for one reason or another. Even now, with the younger man still living abroad, the possibilities of them meeting were still small. Well, not anymore apparently. With both of them being in the bridal party, they would have to finally meet."
