The Cloak & Stagger has the best food in town, good enough that it almost distracts from the fact that it's somehow also a wretched hive of scum and villainy. At least, that's what the rumours around town would have you believe. But the people who spread those rumours are simply the ones who haven't even been inside. Velvet curtains and clean tables, the fire in the hearth is warm and the atmosphere is inviting; the establishment is one the owners are clearly proud of. It's easy to forget everyone on the staff has more blood on their hands than most people can even imagine.
