Kuroo has always been in love with Kenma, longer than he even believes himself. Perhaps it was love at first sight? He’s not too sure. But what he does know is that he can’t tell anyone. Not yet, at least. He’ll wait for the perfect opportunity to tell him when he’s older.

He plops on the couch, tipping his head back as he runs his hands on his face. That wasn't what they wanted to hear. In fact, they expected the higher ups to agree. But they had chosen to take Midoriya. It wasn't that he wasn't a good choice, they would do great. He didn't want to be away from him for too long.

Bakugou gets assigned on a mission without Shouto, leaving him alone for 2-3 weeks. It wasn't his ideal choice but he wasn't alone and was kept busy with work. He still messages Bakugou daily. He doesn't mind if he doesn't respond immediately, I mean he was working. Suddenly, the messages stop. He assumes he was just tired, but about 5 days have passed since the last text from Bakugou. When he receives an email notifying him of a rescue mission in the location he was assigned, he knows something went very wrong.

omfg this might be my top favorite fic. holy fuck. the emotions i felt while reading this made me fall in love with literature all over again, as if that was possible given the muliple bookshelves i have filled. this was everything i never knew i needed. like after some chapters, i needed to take breaks to really process everything. the characterization was on point, written in a way that made the progression of their relationship so natural and realistic (for their characters).
all in all, it was one of the most amazing works i have ever read!

He decides that’s the perfect moment to put his plan, which he has labeled as “affection-exploding-murder” — very eloquently, if he says so himself, because he’s going to murder the fuck out of Shouto with his explosive affection — into action.
Katsuki is already regretting this plan altogether when he decides to go with the most cliche and overused trope there exists in this day and age. The stretch-and-puts-hand-behind-shoulder trope. Katsuki can feel the heat creep up onto his face just thinking about it, cheeks burning a scarlet so fierce he could probably put Shouto’s fire to shame.
He’s certainly ready to kill a bitch right this moment.
