“Funny timing, isn't it? Well, you two have fun! Remember your training! Keep those chakras intact!” Rappa waved quickly before rushing to the back room. Argenti watched her go before turning back to Boothill.
“She’s acting quite odd, isn't she?”
“...She always acts odd! It's kinda her thing.” Argenti accepted this answer, but he couldn't help but notice Boothill’s quick glare at the back room area.
The two talked for nearly thirty minutes, having a much more in depth conversation than either of them ever had before. Argenti was laughing at a funny story Boothill had been telling when he suddenly felt the table creak from extra weight. He shot open his eyes to see Boothill leaning across the table, staring at him directly. Argenti stared back, unsure of what to say.
What is he doing…? Is he trying to-?!☆
